MINECRAFT USERNAME AND DELIVERY
Your Minecraft username is required so purchases can be delivered to the correct Minecraft account.
If you enter the wrong username, your purchase may be delivered incorrectly. EconoCraft is not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account because of incorrect usernames, spelling mistakes, or using the wrong account.
If you need help with a purchase, we may use your username, UUID, receipt, and payment status to investigate the issue.
SUPPORT INFORMATION
If you contact EconoCraft support through Discord or another support channel, we may collect the information you provide.
This may include your Discord username, Minecraft username, screenshots, receipts, messages, and issue details.
