EconoCraft Store Terms of Service

By purchasing from the EconoCraft Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

DIGITAL PURCHASES

All items sold on the EconoCraft Store are digital, in-game benefits for the EconoCraft Minecraft server. This may include ranks, claim blocks, in-game currency, cosmetics, kits, treasure keys, seasonal ranks, or other virtual rewards.

Purchases do not give you ownership of any part of EconoCraft, the server, plugins, files, or any Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft property.

Purchases only grant access to the listed in-game benefits while the server is operating and while your account remains in good standing.

NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, you understand and agree that digital items may be delivered immediately and cannot be returned like a physical product.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect Minecraft usernames entered at checkout
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Being banned, muted, jailed, warned, or punished for breaking server rules
  • Losing access to your Minecraft account
  • Server resets, balance changes, perk changes, or feature adjustments
  • Temporary downtime, maintenance, bugs, lag, or plugin issues
  • Failure to read the product description before buying
  • Attempting to abuse, exploit, duplicate, resell, or transfer purchased benefits

EconoCraft may choose to review rare cases such as duplicate payments or clear payment errors, but refunds are never guaranteed.

CORRECT USERNAME REQUIRED

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout.

If you enter the wrong username, your purchase may be delivered to the wrong account. EconoCraft is not responsible for lost purchases caused by incorrect usernames, spelling mistakes, or using the wrong account.

If you made a mistake, contact support as soon as possible with your receipt and correct username.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Opening a chargeback, PayPal dispute, bank dispute, or payment reversal without contacting EconoCraft support first may result in removal of purchased items, removal of ranks, a store ban, and/or a server ban.

If there is a problem with your purchase, contact EconoCraft support before opening a dispute.

DELIVERY

Most purchases are delivered automatically in game. Delivery may take a few minutes depending on server connection, payment processing, or CraftingStore status.

If your purchase does not arrive, contact support with:

  • Your Minecraft username
  • The package you purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • Your receipt or transaction ID

SERVER RULES STILL APPLY

Buying a rank, keys, cosmetics, or any other package does not exempt you from server rules.

If you break server rules, abuse bugs, harass players, cheat, exploit, chargeback, or damage the server community, EconoCraft may remove your access, punish your account, or ban you without refund.

RANK AND PERK CHANGES

EconoCraft may update, rebalance, replace, rename, remove, or adjust ranks, perks, commands, kits, cosmetics, treasure key rewards, claim blocks, in-game money, or other benefits at any time.

Changes may be made for server balance, plugin updates, Minecraft updates, legal compliance, fairness, or server improvement.

SERVER AVAILABILITY

EconoCraft is an independently operated Minecraft server. We do our best to keep the server online, but we do not guarantee permanent uptime, permanent operation, or permanent access to any feature.

The server may experience downtime, maintenance, resets, crashes, updates, or closure in the future. Purchases are not refundable because of downtime, updates, or server changes.

NO PAY-TO-WIN GUARANTEE

EconoCraft aims to keep store purchases fair and balanced.

Some purchases may provide convenience, cosmetics, claim blocks, keys, kits, or in-game rewards, but all items are subject to balancing and adjustment.

PARENTAL PERMISSION

If you are under the age of majority in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing from the EconoCraft Store.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method and that the purchase is authorized.

FRAUD AND ABUSE

EconoCraft may cancel, remove, or block purchases that appear fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or harmful to the server.

Attempting to exploit the store, duplicate rewards, abuse payment systems, resell purchases, or bypass restrictions may result in removal of benefits and a server/store ban.

MINECRAFT DISCLAIMER

EconoCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Minecraft is owned by Mojang Studios and Microsoft. All Minecraft-related names, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
